A great big thank you for making this sale come together. We could not have asked for more of Lisa, Inky and Alan and they were there to deliver. Our first meeting with Alan was six years ago, whilst searching for a business to buy. Unfortunately, at the time, the property was represented by a different agency, so the deal was not made with Alan. At the time, we contacted Alan and told him that our only regret about the purchase was that it was not done via his services. Alan was always willing to help, with any issue, big or small. When the deal was coming together Alan was unavailable, so we were referred to Inky. What can we say – poor Inky.... all the stress fell on his shoulders, both us and the buyers were breathing down his neck for a good few weeks. But Inky, in his way, was brave and did not give up on us, no matter how much grief he received from both parties, he managed to hold it all together and complete the sale. Well done Inky! It was a pleasure working with Inky, he is a true professional. Last but not least is Lisa. Always pleasant and helpful, every need we had was fulfilled promptly and efficiently. It was always nice dealing Lisa, in our opinion, she is a true asset to your team. We would definitely recommend Coffeys to anyone and the fact is that we have already done so. One of the best aspects of Coffeys is that purchasers are pre-tested before they are introduced - they understand the business before they go on site. Extremely well qualified buyers were only introduced. It’s always disruptive to introduce buyers but Coffeys managed this well and kept it to a minimum. Contract preparation and handling is a skill that Coffeys have. The content and follow-up is impressive. I am very pleased with the process and the results. Nothing was over promised but it was over delivered…thanks and well done.
