One of the best aspects of Coffeys is that purchasers are pre-tested before they are introduced - they understand the business before they go on site. Extremely well qualified buyers were only introduced. It’s always disruptive to introduce buyers but Coffeys managed this well and kept it to a minimum. Contract preparation and handling is a skill that Coffeys have. The content and follow-up is impressive. I am very pleased with the process and the results. Nothing was over promised but it was over delivered…thanks and well done.
