18 Modern Units with Good Lease

Reference: CA187
Motel / Motor Lodge
Business Lease $599,000

An opportunity exists here to purchase a substantial motel complex at a relatively small price. This modern 18-unit motel is well located in the ever popular alpine village of Hanmer Springs and is a member of a well recognised national chain.

If you are looking for a good buy in today's market, something which has plenty of upside, then this one certainly stands out. It is difficult these days to find a modern leasehold motel of 10 or 12 units at this sort of price, let alone the 18 units on offer here.

As a result of its national chain membership, a strong referral base has been developed and guests appreciate the consistency of accommodation provided throughout the country.

Hanmer Springs and the wider Hurunui District feature highly in guests' favourite places to visit. The Village itself is set in the Hanmer Basin, surrounded by majestic mountains and forests.

The renowned Thermal Pools & Spa have in the past won the People's Choice Tourism Award for the Best Tourism Facility in New Zealand. Guests staying in Hanmer Springs have many activities to enjoy from the Thermal Pools to lovely forest walking and biking tracks, along with spa and massage options, shopping, and very good restaurants. In addition, there are many and varied activities for those wanting more action such as bungy jumping, rafting, heli-skiing, and the likes.

A good-sized complex such as this comes with huge earnings potential for the immediate future - make it yours now at this price.
