5-Star Land and Buildings Option Christchurch

Christchurch Central
Reference: 1853
Investment Property
Land and Buildings Offers Over $3,100,000

Land and Buildings options of this quality are very rare. This 13/14 unit property is brilliantly situated on Bealey Avenue close to all the Hospitals and very close to the ever-developing CDB.

The anticipated opening of the Conference Centre is expected to contribute to a further influx of people to the City.

This property is only 2 years old and fitted with 5-star quality chattels and furnishings. Very little for a landlord to do here.

The property was built as two motels next to one another on separate titles with separate leases. There are two owner's accommodation apartments, one of which is in the letting pool as one lessee runs both properties.

A great long-term option.

Inky Stove

Inky joined Coffeys after spending over 20 years in the hospitality industry. The first five years were managing a group of four hotels and the last 15 successfully running his own hotel, where he was the longest standing publican in a hotel that was first opened in 1867.

Many changes in regulations in this industry has required lateral thinking and creative actions to stay competitive.  It is this philosophy that Inky brings to Coffeys along with outstanding service to his clients, which has been the cornerstone of his success in the industry.

Inky and his wife Paulette have raised two sons and two daughters and have six grandchildren.  His leisure activities include rugby, cricket and golf, as well as family and friends.
