Damon joined Coffeys after running a motel with his wife Brenda in Palmerston North for close to 6 years. This was a great learning environment for them, they developed skills and practices to run a very successful operation during the most challenging of times for the industry.
He has also been a partner in an accounting business for 6 years, owning Taxlink Manawatu. The firm focused on setting up new businesses, preparing accounts and filing end of year tax returns. So, when it comes to the numbers, you can be sure you are in safe hands with Damon.
With a career rooted in hospitality from waiter to business owner he credits quality customer service as his key to success.
