Reference: 1775
Motel / Motor Lodge
Land, Buildings and Business $785,000

Very rarely do we get a chance to bring to market a fantastic opportunity to acquire a large land holding and motel business at such an affordable price.

Perfectly positioned, one hour north of Christchurch & half an hour south of Hanmer Springs, in the historical township of Culverden, North Canterbury.

This complex consists of a six-unit motel and 3-bedroom residence, sited on three titles totaling 3,236 sqm of land, which presents further opportunities to consider enhancements or future development with the appropriate consents.

The current owners have maintained renovations and refurbishment of the units, which provides a very good standard of accommodation at an affordable price. This proves very popular with tourists, domestic travellers and a strong repeat corporate clientele.

This motel has proven to be a consistent performer and a perfect fit for a couple looking for an easy to manage, profitable, lifestyle business. It can easily be run by one person along with an on call casual allowing any partner to further enhance revenue by other work options.

Recent and planned large scale dairy conversions, the Amuri irrigation scheme and Hurunui adventure district all add to the future proofed state highway location this complex presents.

Only available due to the current owners changed personal circumstances. Being genuinely motivated vendors, this property is priced very competitively to achieve a quick sale.
