Hanmer Springs: Substantial Lease Performing Well

Hurunui
Reference: CA218
Motel / Motor Lodge
Business Lease $650,000

A motel lease offers the purchaser a home to live in, an onsite business to run and the security of not losing your job unless you upset your Bank Manager. What is not to like!

This well presented 13 unit property with its outstanding central location, a short dawdle from the Hot Pools and so close to all the other amenities such as the shops and restaurants, is ready to enjoy the freedom of the North Island visitors that are just coming out of a long and tiring lockdown. However they will have to battle a strong local clientele with return clients from Christchurch, Blenheim, West Coast and Nelson.

This is a modern property with top quality chattels, furnishings and fittings and a member of the very strong ASURE Group helping to present the best product to people wanting a break.

Currently performing very well - do not miss this chance.

Inky Stove

Inky joined Coffeys after spending over 20 years in the hospitality industry. The first five years were managing a group of four hotels and the last 15 successfully running his own hotel, where he was the longest standing publican in a hotel that was first opened in 1867.

Many changes in regulations in this industry has required lateral thinking and creative actions to stay competitive.  It is this philosophy that Inky brings to Coffeys along with outstanding service to his clients, which has been the cornerstone of his success in the industry.

Inky and his wife Paulette have raised two sons and two daughters and have six grandchildren.  His leisure activities include rugby, cricket and golf, as well as family and friends.
