I have recently relocated after spending three years in Singapore as an Estate Manager taking care of high end properties that consisted of 791 and 810 units. My main job was to take care of the budget and deal with the day to day runnings of the property. I had to prepare and present a monthly meeting with financial statements and forecasts to investors. I dealt with the residents complaints and needs and keep in check contractors.
I can either work on a caretaker basis minding properties or a full time contract managing a budget and trying to look at a better financial position for the owner/investor.
I previously worked in high end Government in Australia looking after dignitaries from around the world.

Hi there to other Moteliers
I was managing the Beach Lodge Motels in St Kilda Dunedin for 2 years. It is an 18-unit complex which I did on my own. We did all laundry on site so that kept me busy and out of mischief.
I finished my time there in September 24 so had a lovely holiday before commencing my minding journey. I have been at motels in Christchurch and am currently at a motel in Nelson.
I am open to anything and anywhere in NZ really, just looking forward to some new challenges.
I do not have a current CV sorry as I was employed as an Administration Manager of Vision AV, an Audio-Visual Integration Company in Dunedin, for 28 years prior to entering the motel world.
