My wife and I are currently travelling around beautiful New Zealand in our motorhome with our 8-year-old daughter, which means we have the flexibility to go wherever we are needed. We have finished our road trip and we’re looking to take on motel manager roles again.
For the past three years we have been managing Captain Cook Motor Lodge in Gisborne, a 36-room property with a team of 12 staff, an on-site restaurant and conference facilities. For 6 years, until 1st February 2024, we owned a 4 star, motel in Whakatane. It was well appointed with 15 rooms, ranging studios to two bedroom apartments.
